Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
Available nationwide. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
Expedited delivery for urgent orders. Additional fees apply.
Same-Day Delivery (Selected Areas)
Available in major cities. Order before 2 PM for same-day delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order total amount
- Delivery location and distance
- Selected shipping method
- Package weight and dimensions
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental region.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Real-time tracking updates via SMS (if provided)
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information and contact details
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all regions within the country. For remote or rural areas, delivery times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days.
International shipping is not currently available but will be offered in the future.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability:
- The courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You will be contacted via phone or SMS
- Package will be held at the local facility for 5-7 days
- After this period, the package will be returned to us
- Reshipment fees may apply for returned packages
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

For bulk or wholesale orders, we offer special shipping terms and rates designed for business customers.
